A marine mud mask is then smoothed onto the back to remove impurities; lower legs and feet receive a deeply relaxing massage while the mask takes effect. Finally soothe away tension from the back with a calming aromatherapy massage.

Targeting areas of stress to relax the muscles, intensely release tension and drain toxins. Ensuring a feeling of deep relaxation to the mind and body. Includes massage to the back, legs, arms, abdomen, neck and shoulders.

Inspired by the landscapes of the Arctic, using our soothing massage oil with essential oils of Coriander, Sage and Sandalwood. Hot and cold technique (optional ) are used to completely destress and relieve tension. Deep tissue techniques are used to target the muscles that need to be relaxed, followed by drainage movements using Thalgo’s innovative massage balls to drain toxins and leave you feeling rejuvenated.

The skin is left nourished and with a non-oily feeling at the end of the massage.

Please Note: These areas can be sensitive to waxing, to minimise this sensitivity, for a few days before your appointment exfoliate the area to lift out any ingrowing hairs and prepare the skin.

After your wax keep the area cool, clean and sweat free so wear clean cotton loose fi tting T-shirts and avoid exercise, swimming or sports for 24-48 hours. Use a shower/skin wash that contains anti-bacterial properties and a tea tree moisturiser. After a few days start to gently exfoliate the skin using an exfoliating wash cloth.

A pure treat for dry hands or cracked feet, a treatment to leave the hands feeling youthful and hydrated and providing soothing relief for tired feet. Includes exfoliation, cuticle work and trimming of the nails. A relaxing hand and foot massage completes the treatment.
