What do I have to do?
You just need to drink 1 a day mixed with water. Drink this gradually over a period of 30/60 mins as your needs time to absorb the ketones.

How do I mix and drink my KETO//OS?
Start with a ½ packet for the first 1-2 days. This is new to your body, so as with anything, its good to ease yourself into it. You can also try ½ packet in the morning and ½ packet in the afternoon if your feeling good after having your first half.
Mix ½ packet with 600ml-1000ml of water & shake. Go by taste… start with 600 ml, if it is too sweet add more water.
Drink slowly over 30-60 minutes. Do not gulp this down quickly! Your body needs time to absorb ketones properly.
You should increase to a full packet or serve as long as you felt great after having a half. When you increase to 1 full sachet, also increase the water to 800 ml – 1000 ml. You can also drink a second serving of KETO//OS in the afternoon or evening (If you really want to go fast to your goals or are looking for some of the therapeutic effects).
KETO//OS can be taken on an empty stomach or with food… Most people go with empty stomach as their first calories in the morning.

Within 1 hour of taking KETO//OS test your breath, blood, or urine through any ketone testing device. But we don’t suggest worrying about that. Much like the scale, throw away the measuring device and go by feel.
Top tips for maximum results
These are recommended for maximum results. Following a ketogenic diet is not necessarily required to feel the benefits of KETO//OS.
Try to drink 30ml of water per lb (or 60 ml per kg) of body weight.
Eliminate refined sugars. Stay away sugary foods & drinks.
Eliminate flour, wheat & grains. Limit yourself to 100g of carbs or less a day. Make them healthy carbs – leafy greens are the best.
Increase your healthy fats.
If you are ambitious and you want to follow a ketogenic diet, here is a simple guideline: Stay within a % fat/protein/carb ratio: 65% Fats / 25% Protein / 10% Carbs
Eat your last meal before 8pm. If you have to eat after, be sure it is fat only.
Move your body more – workout, run, walk, do pushups, take the stairs, etc.
Get some good sleep. Try to get to sleep before 11:00 pm.
How long can I drink the KETO//OS for?
So you can take them for as long as you like. Some people do them every day just because they love how they make you feel and keep them energised and focussed, some people will do the 20 days just to get them kick started. It’s really up to the individual.
